Billet 420 round steel 3.0-300mm 420 stainless steel rod straightness is good Quenching and tempering treatment 2Cr13 stainless steel has high hardness and good corrosion resistance in quenching state. Many of them are used for cutting tools, which are “cutting tools” martensitic steel, and also used for surgical tools. Stainless steel, such as Brinell high chromium steel, is also used for turbine blades, and has a wide range of applications.

2Cr13 density is 7.75g/cm3 Quenching hardness of 2Cr13: Generally, the quenching temperature of 2Cr13 is 980 ~ 1050 ℃. The hardness of oil quenching at 980 ℃ is obviously lower than that of oil quenching at 1050 ℃. The hardness of oil quenching at 980 ℃ is 45 ~ 50HRC, and the hardness of oil quenching at 1050 ℃ is 2HRC higher. However, the microstructure obtained after quenching at 1050 ℃ is coarse and brittle. It is suggested that better structure and hardness can be obtained by heating and quenching at 1000 ℃.
